Shipping policy

After your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed and shipped out to you within 24-72 hours. This does not include weekends and holidays. Please allow 3-7 business days for USPS ground delivery. International orders will now be shipping via USPS International. USPS International may take longer than domestic shipping (up to 4 weeks).

Please note, www.thepreciouspendant.com does collect payment at the time the order is placed. However, The Precious Pendant cannot always guarantee the availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will do our best to notify you of this via email. Most often, it will be noted in the item description if it is out of stock. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order at any time, please email us at thepreciouspendantinfo@gmail.com.

We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. The Precious Pendant is not responsible for incorrect addresses. Please note that any packages that need to be re-routed are subject to a small fee.

The Precious Pendant is not responsible for Duty and Freight Charges for International Orders. 

We make every effort to deliver your package to you as soon as possible. However, there are some conditions that may cause delays:

Credit Card Approval: Inconsistent credit card, billing and/or shipping information may delay your order.

Cutoff Time: Orders received after 11:00 AM PST will be processed the following business day.

USPS Ground Service: Delivery to some destinations may take between 3 to 7 business days.

Should your order not arrive in a timely manner, we would appreciate your patience while we resolve the issue with the carrier’s claim process which can take from 6-8 weeks.
